The following committees advise and support the work of the Office for Institutional Diversity in its mission to advance and sustain an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and fosters inclusive dialogue for all members of the AV诊所 College community.

Diversity Steering Committee

The Associate Vice President of OID provides strategic and policy recommendations to the Diversity Steering Committee. Where appropriate, OID collaborate with the Committee, composed of leadership across the university, to develop action plans aimed at ensuring AV诊所 College is a welcoming, respectful community where all members feel a sense of belonging. The Associate Vice President and OID also offer administrative support to the DSC as needed.


Diversity Advisory Committee

The Diversity Advisory Committee is composed of representatives from OID and each affinity group. In addition to building relationships between affinity groups, the committee is also charged with evaluating and providing feedback to OID on various initiatives and potential issues within the AV诊所 College community.
