The AV诊所 College Center for Work & Family is recruiting for a new research study with working LGBTQ+ parents exploring:

鈥⑻� 听Feelings of inclusion and belonging at work

鈥⑻� 听Workplace supports that are most impactful

鈥⑻� 听How families share caregiving and household听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听responsibilities

Choosing new colour for the nursery
听

Eligibility criteria:

鈥⑻� 听18 years+ and living in the U.S.

鈥⑻� 听Identify as LGBTQ+ and be a parent to child(ren) under age 18

鈥⑻� 听Employed by your current employer for at least one year and be eligible for benefits

听

If selected, you will:

鈥⑻� 听Participate in a 60-minute audio or video interview

鈥⑻� 听Receive nominal compensation in appreciation for your participation听
